University

After completing my A levels back home in west yorkshire I decided to move to the coast for my university studies at Southampton solent university to aid with my windsurfing, giving me more time to train in more challenging sea environments and new venues. I have a scholarship to the university and as part of the high performance academy i am able to combine studying for my degree in events management with training both on land and on the water at the same time. The first term has now finished and i have loved every minute of it uni work 4 days a week and 3 days for windsurfing /socialising. I am loving living by the sea, and it is considerably warmer down here too!
